1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OMW platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Service Description
OMW connects travelers and senders for peer to peer deliveries worldwide. OMW is not a courier company; we act as a technology platform facilitating matches, communication, and secure payments.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4) User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate, truthful information.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including customs and import/export rules.
• Do not send prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items.
• Treat other users respectfully and professionally.
5) Prohibited Items
It is strictly forbidden to send or transport:
• Drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives.
• Hazardous materials.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Any item prohibited by the origin/destination country’s laws
6) Payments & Fees
Payments are processed via our secure system. OMW may charge a service fee for completed transactions. Funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation.
7) Liability
OMW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Liability rests with the sender and traveler. We recommend documenting packages and considering insurance where available.
8) Dispute Resolution
Parties should attempt to resolve disputes directly through in app chat. If unresolved, OMW may mediate, but we are not obliged to settle disputes.
9) Account Suspension & Termination
OMW may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
10) Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11) Changes to Terms
OMW may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OMW is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
